Golden Cross Bantam Sweet Corn
A heavy yielding, large eared hybrid developed at Purdue University in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. About a week later than our Golden Bantam with very uniform ears, usually 16 rowed. This is resistant to Stewart's disease or Wilt. For best results the cross must be made each year and customers will do well not to save seed from their crop, but to purchase new seed each year. The increased yield will pay for it. Pkt., 10c; ¼ lb., 16c; ½ lb., 25c; 1 lb., 40c, postpaid. Not prepaid, 5 lbs., $6.50; 100 lbs., $2.50.
