Klein Wanzleben Sugar Beet
The most desirable and extensively grown Sugar Beet. The roots are wedge shaped, 12 to 15 inches long, and about 4 inches thick at the shoulder. The skin is grayish white and the flesh pure white. With very high sugar content and good keeping qualities, this is not only a source of sugar, but an excellent stock food and milk producer.
