Comet Radish
(Improved Round Scarlet Globe) Zwaan. There is an increasing demand for a Radish that has the same qualities of Scarlet Globe, but with round bulb, instead of olive shaped. The existing round varieties do not fill this need, as they are either too small or not enough top or are not suitable for shipping. This new variety not only will fill the bill, but will prove superior to Scarlet Globe and will remain crisp and solid when all other early Radishes have become pithy.
