California Wonder Peppers
The Giant Sweet Mango. This is a fine new variety of real merit which is rapidly becoming one of the leading sorts. It is one of the largest peppers grown and has much thicker flesh than other sorts. The flesh is very mild and sweet. The fruits resemble Chinese Giant in size and shape but are smoother and the flesh is thicker. They are very solid and stand handling and shipping well. When fully ripe they are brilliant scarlet, and often attain a size of 4 inches in diameter and 4 ½ inches long. Splendid for both home and market. California Wonder Peppers
This new Pepper resembles Chinese Giant in large size and blocky form of its fruit, but having extremely thick, mild, sweet flesh. The glossy dark green fruits turning to crimson are produced in great abundance. A very prolific bearer. About 130 days. Pkt 5c; ½ oz 35c.

This new variety resembles Chinese Giant in shape, but has much thicker flesh. The fruit will average 4 inches in diameter at the top, tapering slightly. It matures its fruit somewhat earlier than Chinese Giant and is very prolific. Color glossy dark green, turning to crimson.
