Powhattan Onions
The best yellow globe danvers ever grown. Sure cropper, long keeper, unequalled shipper. It ripens early, about a week ahead of Soutport Yellow Globe; has a very small neck, the entire crop maturing at one time. The bulbs are good size nearly globe shaped with a coppery yellow skin and have pure white flesh which is crisp and mild. It is an immense cropper, and will yield more marketable onions to the acre than any other strain. Pkt. 10C; oz. 45C; 2 oz. 85C; ¼ lb. $1.55; ½ lb. $3.00; lb. $5.75
