Mammoth Silver King Onions
The King of white onions. The largest white onion, grows to a remarkable size, average diameter is from 5 to 7 ½ inches. Single bulbs often attain weight of 2 ½ to 4 pounds each. No other white onion attains such mammoth size and these bulbs grow all uniformly to an enormous size. The bulbs are of attractive shape, flattened bu thick through. The skin is a beautiful silvery white, the flesh is of a snowy white, and has a particularly mild and pleasant flavor. So sweet and tender is the flesh that it can be eaten like an apple. Mammoth Silver King Onions
