Large Red Wethersfield Onions
The standard red onion. A leading variety for North, South, East and West. The bulbs are large, flattened, but quite thick, with rich dark purplish skin and pure white flesh of good mild flavor. Our stock is saved from carefully selected bulbs only, and produces larger crops than any other American red onion and these bulbs keep better than those of any other sort. Our strain of Red Wethersfield is the earliest and most prolific known, and has proven a great money-maker to the grower. Pkt. 5C; oz. 25C; 2 oz. 45C; ¼ lb. 85C; ½ lb. $1.55; lb. $2.75.
