Japanese Green Onion Onions
This wonderful green onion is grown from seed by Japanese for winter use. They plant it early in the spring and cultivate all summer, hilling it up with earth in the fall. The white meat of the bleached stalk is often a foot long and one inch thick. It is harvested all winter. Pkt., 20c; ½ oz., 40c; oz., 75c.
