Prizehead Lettuce
Forms a very large, tender and crisp, but not solid, head. It is superior flavor, remaining sweet a long time, and slow to run to seed. It is quite hardy and well adapted to either forcing or open air culture; seed white. Not a new sort, but widely known and popular.
