This is a most delicious vegetable, having a turnip like bulb formed above ground. It has a most elegant Cauliflower-like flavor, and should be cooked in about the same manner. Use them when about the size of Globe Turnips, and before they get old and stringy. Pkt., 10c; oz., 40c.
