Sea (Chou Marin) Kale
This is a very fine vegetable, having the appearance of white celery, but is cooked like asparagus. The seed should be sown early in spring, in a frame, and transplanted in about 6 weeks. The culture should be similar to that of the asparagus, and the following winter it will begin to produce a crop.
