Extra Early White Spine Cucumber Cucumbers
Above is a photograph of one of my fields of Extra Early White Spine Cucumber. This variety is an excellent slicer but is lighter colored than Burrell's Earliest of All, which means it is not as good a market sort. For the home garden where both a pickler and slicer is wanted it is excellent. Large quantities of this seed is used by Pickle Manufacturers, as it is equally as good for small pickles as for dills and by many considered one of the best.
