DVB Special-It Stays Green Cucumber Cucumbers
This variety of recent introduction resembles Burrell's Earliest of All in color but is about one inch shorter. It matures in the same length of time. Southern planters have gotten good results from this cucumber and I grew a large acreage this year for seed, about ten thousand pounds of which I have already sold. My stock is grown from the introducer's stock who sells it under a trade marked name, and is, I believe, as good as can be had. Price-(5c per pkt.) (10c per oz.) (35c per ¼ lb.) ($1.00 per lb.) (85c per lb. In 10-lb. Lots) (75c per lb. In 100-lb. Lots and up) prepaid. (500-lb. Lots not prepaid $65.00 per 100 lbs.).
