Black Mexican Corn
Sweetest of all – Second Early. Everyone who has ever eaten this corn remembers it and the delicious sweetness and fine grain qualities. 8 to 10 rowed; ears about 8 inches long. This corn, when in condition for the table, cooks clear white, but the ripe grain is black or bluish black. For family use we consider it the most desirable, second-early sort. Black Mexican Corn
A medium early variety, growing about six feet in height; ears eight inches long, well filled with eight rows of large, rather flat, grains which are a deep bluish purple, of deliciously sweet flavor. Price same as Early Mammoth.
