Wong Bok, Paoting Celery Cabbage
A delicious salad vegetable from China excellent for salads and cold slaw, and is sometimes used like Swiss Chard. The stems can be used like celery. This vegetable is making good, both for market and home gardens. For best results, plant seed in August and transplant in September. It can also be planted in early Spring.
