Utah Winter Celery
This remarkable late celery is the finest quality of any we ever tried. It has been largely grown around Salt Lake and wherever shipped it commanded high prices on account of its splendid quality. They resemble the dwarf type Golden Self Blanching but are more solid and very free of strings. Soil bleaching seems to give the best quality and when properly bleached the stalks are pure white, nutty and crisp. Pkt., 15c; ¼ oz., 75c; oz., $2.00; ¼ lb., $6.00
