Danish Giant – Dry Weather Cauliflower
This variety is recommended for localities subject to draught for it thrives under this condition when other sorts would be seriously injured by it. The plant is second early, maturing heads about 90 days after transplanting. Large leaves protect a medium to large head that is very solid, delicious in flavor and of fine quality.
