Allhead Early Cabbage
This one is undoubtedly the best large second-early cabbage – and we know all varieties. We regret that it is now sold under a number of names by other houses, such as Faultless Early, Solid South, Eclipse, etc. If planters everywhere only knew the excellence of Burpee's ALLHEAD early cabbage, even our large supply of seed would not suffice to meed the demand. It is undoubtedly altogether unequaled as an early summer cabbage, and is fully as good for winter use, being really an all-the-year-round cabbage. Our high opinion of this grand cabbage was shown at first by the fact that, in addition to a two years' contract for seven thousand pounds of seeds, we paid a cash bonus of one thousand dollars for the exclusive right of its name and introduction. Certainly no such price was ever paid for a cabbage before or since. Our claims as to the merits of the ALLHEAD have been fully sustained by reports from planters everywhere.

Allhead Early Cabbage
This excellent second early market sort produces heads that are very large for so early a cabbage and of very good quality. It is desirable not only for general spring planting but by planting late it can be used as a fall and early winter cabbage. The variety is is well adapted for kraut. The plants are compact, with few outer leaves which are comparatively smooth and rather thick, being nearly entire at edges and only slightly waved. The stem is short. The heads are solid and flat but very deep. Our strain is of special value.
