Improved Paris Market Brussels Sprouts
The stem, which usually grows from 20 inches to 2 feet in height, is covered with “miniature cabbages,” which may be boiled like cabbage or cooked in cream like cauliflower. They are by all means the most delicious and delicate flavored of the cabbage family. On this variety the heads grow very closely and its quality is the finest.
