Italian Green Sprouting Broccoli
(70 days). Plants are tall,erect, and vigorous. The large cauliflower-like heads are 5 to 6 in. across, not solid, but with an abundance of light green, tender sprouts that are delicious creamed or used for greens. Italian Green Sprouting Broccoli
A distinct variety forming a large solid head, which remains green. When the central head is cut, numerous sprouts develop from the leaf axes, each sprout terminating in a small green head. Cooked as is cauliflower, it is very easily grown, one of the most delicious green vegetables, and decidedly worth trying. Pkt., 10c; 1\2 oz., 30c; oz., 50c.

Distinct from other Broccoli producing a large head like cauliflower, and later clusters of bluish green heads on many branches. Stems and heads on many branches. Stems and heads are cooked and served like Cauliflower. Pkt 10c; oz 50c.
