Good For All Beet Beets
Here is a new beet which, as the name indicates, is a fine general purpose variety. Good for bunching, pickling, canning and cooking for table use. Roots attain good size and hold their color and smooth shape even when 4 inches in diameter. The tops are medium size and spreading and the roots are a deep globe shape, having a fine dark red color all the way through. When the beets are small they are splendid for pickling and canning.
