Great Northern Early Valentine Beans
One of the finest green podded snap beans grown. For snaps there is nothing superior to this variety among the green podded sorts and many prefer it to the wax varieties. We know of now stock of Red Valentine which can be compared with what we offer in uniformly high quality of pod. We have carefully tested a great many strains claimed to be improvements both in trials and in large fields, and have found none that we are willing to substitute for our fine stock which combines in the highest degree all the good qualities of the sort. Pods medium sized, round, very fleshy, crisp and tender and also extremely early. Pkt. 8C; ½ lb. 22C; lb. 40c.
