Currie's Rust-Proof Wax
This early and productive variety is one of the most largely grown of all Wax Bean. It is a splendid shipper, and has uniformly straight, light yellow pods of about 6 inches long and flattish oval in shape. The dried seeds are solid black in color. This Bean is perhaps more subject to anthracnose than any in the list. It is not a good bean for home consumption, as it is tough and stringy, but its splendid appearance offers a good sale on the produce markets.
Davis White Wax Stringless
52 days. Length of pod 6 to 6 ½ inches. Pods thick-flat, almost straight, stringless and light yellow in color. Plant 16 to 18 inches tall and fairly productive. Seed white, kidney shaped. A decided improvement over the old type of Davis White Wax.
Early Wonder Wax
An outstanding flat podded dwarf wax bean. Plant about 18 inches high and two feet across. Plants are heavily loaded with pods 5 to 7 inches long and stringless. It is practically rust proof and seems to thrive in either a rainy season or in dry hot weather. Earliest of the flat wax podded types. Seeds long-oval, buff-yellow.
Improved Golden Wax
This is a great improvement on the old Golden Wax and is the standard variety for general use with market gardener as well as for growing in the home garden. It has far more vitality than the parent sort and hence is much less liable to rust or spot. The pods are straight and succulent, broad, flat and of a clear yellow color. They are borne in great profusion. The illustration, engraved from a photograph, gives a good idea of the habit of growth, shape of pods, and abundance of crop. We commend it to our customers as a superior wax bush bean in every respect.
Improved Kidney Wax
Long, semi-round pods, slightly curved. The quality is of the best, and the pods are without strings. Not an early bean, as it requires about 50 days to mature for picking. This is one of the finest and heaviest yielding wax podded bean we have ever sold.
New Stringless Black Wax

The pods are of a uniform rich yellow color, making a very attractive and desirable sort, either for table, market or canning.
Top Notch Golden Wax

These are of good quality and always command a ready sale, making the variety one of the most profitable for the market gardener. It matures a little later than the Golden Wax. Seed, large kidney-shaped, white, with dark markings about the eye.
