Green Sprouting
A distinct variety forming a large solid head, which remains green. When the central head is cut, numerous sprouts develop from the leaf axes, each sprout terminating in a small green head. Cooked as is cauliflower, it is very easily grown, one of the most delicious green vegetables, and decidedly worth trying. Pkt., 10c; oz., 35c
