The earliest and surest heading Chinese Cabbage. The cylindrical heads are from 18 to 20 inches in length, white, solid, sweet and tender. This is the earliest of the Savoy type with round, medium sized heads whose much crumpled dark green leaves are of distinct and delicate flavor. Developed by Prof. C. H.
