Country Gentleman
Probably the sweetest variety of any Sweet Corn. Ears 8 to 9 inches in length are tightly set with very deep kernels in irregular rows. The deep white kernels are deliciously sweet, tender and milky. It is the leading canning variety and quality considered, it is the very best lat Sweet Corn, ready for use in about 80 days after planting. Pkt 10c; ½ lb 25c.
Golden Bantam
A most famous Sweet Corn, growing 4-1/2 to 5 feet high, usually bearing 2 or more ears to the stalk. The ears are a rich golden yellow in color and the broad, deep golden yellow kernels contain an abundance of juicy, sweet pulp that is pronounced the best quality. Suited for extra early and late planting up to July 15th. This is the favorite variety with our customers. Ready in 60 to 65 days. Pkt 10c; ½ lb 25c.
Golden Gem
An entirely new, valuable variety and the earliest Yellow Sweet Corn on the market. It is 8 to 10 days earlier than Golden Bantam, producing fully as large an ear which is 8 and 10 rowed and of a wonderfully sweet quality. The ears are produced on a remarkably short stalk and is a most excellent addition to the garden in sections where the growing season is rather short for the later maturing varieties of Sweet Corn. Howling Mob
The finest early mid-season Sweet Corn ever introduced, vigorous and productive. Ears 7 to 9 inches long, closely set with 12 or 14 rows of beautiful, pearly white grains, deep and filled with a delicious sweet milky pulp. 75 to 80 days. Pkt 10c; ½ lb 25c.
Mills First of All
One of the earliest Sweet Corns for the home garden. It's being a few days earlier than all others, it is highly satisfactory for the home garden. It is rather dwarf in growth but produces good sized ears of superior quality, tender sweet. It is largely planted by our customers every year and we offer choice, selected seed stock that should produce fine ears very early. Under favorable conditions it matures in about 55 days. Stowell's Evergreen
Well known, of good size and recommended on account of its sweet flavor and good qualities for canning. 80 days. Pkt 10c; ½ lb 25c.
White Evergreen
Similar to Stowell's Evergreen but a few days earlier. Kernels clear white on a small cob, with usually 16 rows. Flavor is remarkably sweet and retains its flavor and pure white color when canned. Recommended for the home garden. 85 days. Pkt 10c; ½ lb 25c.
