Dreer's Improved Lime Bean
This variety was introduced to notice in the spring of 1875; is the result of more than thirty year's careful selection, until it has established its present character, early maturity, prolificness, and superior quality; while the shelling becomes an easy matter, from the fact of the pods being entirely full, forming one against another like peas in a pod.
Improved Potato Leaf White Prussian Sugar Bean
This is claimed by the originator to be the most productive and richest bush bean grown, yielding forty to fifty-six bushels per acre with common field culture. As a snap bean they are equal to the White Wax, and as a shell bean it has no equal, being of a rich Lima bean flavor, sweet and delicious. It will prove an excellent market variety, being pearly white, glossy and smooth; shape long and slightly flattened; as this variety ripens the leaf falls, leaving the pods fully exposed to the sun, which is essential to clean, good seed.
