Best of All
Is an extremely early pole bean of the finest quality. Pods five to six inches long, very fleshy, and perfectly stringless, and exceedingly prolific. The long pods are produced all over the vines in clusters of from ten to twelve. They are very handsome and perfectly round with a crease in the back. The crop matures very early and keeps well, hence a valuable market sort. Pkt., 10c; pt., 30c; qt., 55c.
Childs' Horticultural
The old Horticultural or Cranberry Pole Bean, stands today as one of the very finest if not the best, both as a string bean or shelled. Its delicious quality is not excelled if equaled by any other. One of its greatest drawbacks is that it is not very prolific, the pods being short and containing only 3 or 4 beans. The value of Childs' New Horticultural will be understood when we say that its pods grow in clusters, are six inches in length, and average seven beans to the pod, and further that it is much earlier than the old sort. It originated in Maine and it really one of the most important new vegetables, and is sure to take the place of the old sort, being twice as prolific, earlier and possessing other points of superiority. As will be seen by the colored plate, the pods are very beautiful, mottled with creamy white and rosy scarlet, and as they hang from the poles in great clusters among the rank leaves, they present a most beautiful sight. The beans are white, specked and blotched with scarlet, and when cooked, either with pods or shelled they are unexcelled in delicious quality. Pkt,. 15C; pt., 50c; qt., 80c.
Cranberry
Is an old and highly esteemed sort. Nothing finer for a shell bean. Pkt., 10c; pt., 25c; qt., 50c.
Dwarf Prolific
This is an entirely new and distinct sort which we procured in France. It has many qualities superior to any other Bush Bean. It is enormously prolific, maturing great quantities of pods for a period of six or eight weeks. It remains in bearing the longest of any sort we know. The pods are nearly round, fleshy, of a lively fresh green color, absolutely stringless, and of the very finest quality. Altogether it is the most desirable string bean. Pkt., 15c; pt., 40c.

Mammoth Podded Lima
There are so many new “Bush” Limas coming out that a grand sort like this is likely to be overlooked. As a rule a bush sort will not produce one-third the crop of a good pole variety, and is also greatly inferior in size, quality and other respects. This new mammoth podded variety is by far the finest of Limas. It is a great cropper, the enormous pods containing 4, 5 or 6 beans each, which are also very large. Its quality is the best, and if you grow Limas this is the best for you to have above all others. Pkt., 15c; pt., 50c.
Perfection Wax
