Davis Perfect
A strong, vigorous grower, producing heavy crops of uniform, long, dark green cucumbers. When placed on the market they hold their color and do not turn yellow like most other varieties. Earliest of All
Claimed to be the earliest variety. An exceptionally vigorous grower that produces immense crops of handsome cucumbers of medium length, desirable for slicing and pickling. Pkt., 10c; oz., 20c; ¼ lb., 40c; lb., $1.35.
Improved Long Green
Extra long and large; fine for slicing, pickling or for sweet pickles when ripe. Pkt., 10c; oz., 20c; ¼ lb., 40c; lb., $1.25.
Lemon Cucumber
Resembles a lemon, both in color and in form. A splendid sort, either for pickling or slicing. Pkt., 10c; oz., 25c; ¼ lb., 60c.
Small Gherkin
A small prickly variety used only for pickles. Cucumbers small and round oblong. Pkt., 10c; oz., 25c.
The Vaughn
By far the best slicing cucumber to date for market purposes. The cucumbers are long, straight and of even diameter. When ready for slicing they will average a foot long and about one and half inches in diameter. They are a deeper green than Davis Perfect and the quality is extra fine. Seed crop very short.
