Burpee's Bush Lima
The bushes grow 18 to 20 inches high, of stout growth and always erect, yet branching so vigorously that each plant develops into a magnificent bush from 2 to 3 ft. in diameter. Enormously productive, single plants under favorable circumstances yielding from 200 to 350 pods. Handsome large pods being well filled with very large beans; identical in size and luscious flavor with the well known Pole Limas. Pkt. 10C; ½ lb. 28C; lb. 50c.
Great Northern Bush Lima
The earliest of the large seeded dwarf lima beans. The first pickings fit for the table may be taken in July, and from that time until frost a continuous supply may be gathered . It is fully eight days earlier than Burpee's Bush Lima and produces larger pods and more beans in the pod than this variety, and besides the pods and beans are very much larger in size and also considerably thicker. The plants grow upright about 30 inches in height, and often measure 24 inches across the top. They are very productive, producing immense crops of pods which measure from 5 to 6 inches in length. The beans are of enormous size and of most luscious flavor. Pkt. 10C; ½ lb. 30C; lb. 55c.
Henderson's Bush Lima
Valuable variety on account of its earliness and wonderful productiveness, continuing to grow and set pods until stopped by frosts. Its popularity increases every year. Rich, buttery limas- the true flavor- even better. Vines are without runners, small, bright green and lima-like; flowers small, yellowish-white, borne in clusters and often above the foliage. Pods short, flat and contain from 3 to 5 beans, which are of delicious quality. Pkt. 10C; ½ lb. 25C; lb. 45c.
New Ideal Pole Lima
The largest podded and most prolific pole lima yet introduced. Vines usually vigorous, bearing large clusters of broad pods from 7 to 8 inches in length and containing four to six large beans of superb quality and rich flavor. This is a medium late variety, but earlier than King of the Garden, with much larger pods, and more productive. In quality it is unsurpassed and ought to have a place in every garden. Pkt. 10C; ½ lb. 28C; lb. 50c.
New King of the Garden Lima
The standard Pole Lima. The green shelled beans are of immense size but so tender and succulent that they shrink in drying to about size of the large white lima. In yield, ease of shelling, size, beauty and quality of green beans, this variety is in advance of other sorts, and is recognized as one of the best of all the limas for either garden or market. Pkt. 8C; ½ lb. 25C; lb. 45c.
